I keep trying to find a good recipie to mimic a good Chinese restaurant’s version of General Tso’s. I still haven’t quite found it, but this one is the closest I have come.

I stole this recipie off another website and I must say they are pretty good.
6 Hard-cooked eggs
1/4 c Mayonnaise
1 1/2 tb Sweet pickle relish
1 ts Prepared mustard
1/8 ts Salt

Chantal’s Spiked Punch

I gave Chantal and Scott a punch bowl set for their wedding, and in return I got this recipe for Chantal’s apparently famous spiked punch. Ingredients:
2 Liters Ginger Ale
2 Cups Orange Juice
1 Cup Lemon Juice
1 Bottle White Wine
1+ Cups of Gin
16oz Jar of Maraschino Cherries w/ juice

Cranberry Walnut Salad

My friend Lynette and I invented (copied) this recipe when I was out in California last. It is way tasty, and pretty good for you too.
Ingredients:
Lettuce
Dried Cranberries
Crushed Walnuts
Cheese (Feta or Blue Cheese are the ones we tried)
Rasberry Vinagrette dressing
Directions:
Toss all that stuff in a salad bowl and then eat it all gone.
